PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of service.  I accept all major credit cards, venmo, and cash. I also am in network with many different insurance companies, such as BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Oxford. Please contact me directly to inquire about specific out of network rates.

CANCELATION POLICY

I kindly request at least 24 hours advance notice or you will be required to pay a $50.00 no show fee, except in the case of emergencies. In the event of an unavoidable conflict, we may be able to make other arrangements to avoid the cancelation fee.
